This page features real people who have real needs for making changes to their personal appearance. Whatever motivates a person to be a better version of themselves depends upon their personal circumstances. So whether it is a need to recover from illness, get a new job, set an excellent example to employees or look fabulously ‘yummy’ at the school gates, you will see them here at regular intervals. Make sure you keep your eyes out for updates.
To say that Suzanne changed my life is no understatement. Having my own business, I had already spent sometime working on the inner me, but over the years had completely lost my way with what I was wearing.
It took me some time to pluck up the courage to ask Suzanne for advice. I had however been watching the transformation of a number of people she had worked with. When I finally took the plunge and let Suzanne loose on my wardrobe, it was a life changing experience. Cathartic was only the start of it, shedding many of the things that just didn’t work. Even before I spent any money on different clothes she showed me how to wear the things I had to better effect.
My confidence has soared as I know I look good whenever I go out now. I have actually gained more business, as I am always dressed in a way that means I can meet clients, where as before I had “bad days” when I knew I shouldn’t really go and meet people. Because I now look great I feel great.
The whole process is on-going and Suzanne is always there to advise me when I am unsure of something, or need some extra help on making the best of what is currently
available. We owe it to ourselves to be our best, and I think Suzanne has truly helped me on my journey.

Jessica Morgan is the MD of Space Studios, a recording studio based in Cardiff Bay. Her work is creative and as she says it can involve a lot of scrabbling on the floor moving wires or adjusting the sound kit. Her clothes always need to be practical yet smart.
She provided Suzanne and her associate Sue Brown with the challenge to transform her. The aim was to help her present a more business-like image without compromising her personal style and her need to look creative and approachable.
Jessica’s transformation began with a Wardrobe Workout and a Style and Colour consultation. Her waist-length hair was given the full works by Alexis Williams from Blu in Penarth. Alexis created a versatile look to meet Jessica’s needs as a businesswoman with her creative activities in the music industry and a rock band in her social time.
After a cut, colour and conditioning treatment, the overall look was carefree and yet polished and still allowed Jessica to jazz up her hair for the evening. Finally, Jessica’s eyebrows were groomed to give definition to her eyes by Dee Tata, expert in the Indian art of eyebrow threading. Next was a personal shopping trip to find new clothes to complement Jessica’s existing wardrobe and to create the gorgeous look that was being featured as part of a story in the Vale Life magazine. Last but not least make-up was chosen to complement Jessica’s skin tone following the colour analysis. The day of the Vale Life shoot saw the whole team brought together ready for the photos which captured the spirit of the makeover – fun, natural and relevant to Jessica’s work and lifestyle.
